Delivery times

Our highly customizable furniture is made to order, requiring a reasonable waiting time for production and careful handling by specialized couriers until delivery to the customer’s home. The total waiting time to receive an order depends on the number of production days for each item, plus the time required for delivery.

Production Times

Each product page includes the "Production Time" field in the "More Information" section, specifying the working days (Monday to Friday) needed to manufacture that particular item. Production time begins upon receipt of payment and is based on past supply statistics. For orders containing two or more items, the total production time corresponds to the item with the longest lead time, and all products will be shipped together in a single delivery. While we are committed to respecting the indicated production times, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, such as supplier issues, courier delays, or public holidays. In such cases, we will promptly inform the customer through our customer service team.

Shipping Times

For Shipping our furniture, we work with couriers specialized in furniture handling to ensure product integrity during transportation. Deliveries are arranged based on a daily loading schedule and are not pre-scheduled; however, the courier will usually provide advance notice by phone the day before delivery. A few days after the pickup, our customer service team will notify the customer by email with the shipment start date.

The estimated delivery times with our specialized courier vary depending on the destination and should be calculated from the date the goods are picked up by the courier:

• 7–10 working days for deliveries within Italy
• 2–3 weeks for deliveries within Europe
• 4–6 weeks for deliveries to the USA and Canada
• 4–6 weeks for deliveries to Asia

NOTICE:

During holiday periods, such as August and December, delivery times may be significantly extended due to the temporary closure of manufacturing companies and logistics services for the holidays.
