Do you have sales points?

Yes. Our store is located in Italy in Francenigo in Via del Palù 4, 31018 in the province of Treviso.
It is open Monday - Friday : 9am - 12am / 2pm - 7pm. Saturday morning by appointment from 9am to 12am.

Do you have a showroom?

No, we don't have our own showroom. The advantage of being located in the heart of the Veneto furniture district allows us to accompany our customers at our suppliers' showrooms for a guided tour by appointment and without obligation. In our office all the samples of the materials proposed on our site are visible.

I have problems viewing the site

Using obsolete browsers such as Internet Explorer 7 you may have display problems, in which case it is sufficient to update the browser to a more recent version, or install new free browsers such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Our e-commerce also works with iOS (iPad, iPhone) and Android mobile devices.

What kind of advice do you offer?

We offer any type of information regarding the products offered on the site, from production to delivery, explaining in detail the various processes to order, to create a setting, for a combination of furniture between a product to be ordered and a piece of furniture already present in your home.


Who is the producer of this article?

We are authorized by all companies to propose and sell products through our e-commerce. In some articles we indicate the manufacturing company and in other cases we do not mention the names of the brands, always guaranteeing the originality of the product . Furthermore, in every Product Sheet there is a link that allows you to view the entire collection of the manufacturer, choosing different items that can be coordinated with each other thanks to the uniformity of the colors and finishes.

How can I check the veracity of the colors I see on the screen?

All samples of the various collections of companies offered on our site are delivered to us with extreme care and importance and are kept in our offices. These samples are a very important working tool for us, in fact they are reproduced on the site using cutting-edge digitalization tools, precisely to transmit to the customer the veracity of all the samples.

What are the delivery times?

The furniture is ordered to order to the manufacturing companies, of which we deal directly without other intermediaries. Generally it takes 4 weeks for production . Subsequently the furniture is delivered to our warehouse. The operators who are part of the logistics, carry out a check of the various packages and are subsequently delivered to the courier specialized in delivering furniture. Delivery times change according to the various Italian or foreign locations. The Delivery Times are shown in each product sheet.

Are the furniture fitted?

Normally our items are delivered disassembled, but there are also items that by their nature are delivered mounted. We therefore advise you to ask from time to time if it is not specified in the item sheet, in order to avoid any problems at the time of delivery.


When is the delivery day communicated?

The exact day of delivery can be agreed with the courier when you are contacted by telephone by the carrier. At the time of the order we cannot give a precise delivery date, but we can estimate the week in which it can take place. As time goes by, getting closer to the communicated week of delivery we can be more precise by giving a period of 2-3 days in which the courier will contact you by telephone for the delivery of the goods.
The courier always advises a few days before by telephone for the delivery of the furniture. The call is necessary in order to determine the day and time of delivery.

What is the difference between street level delivery and home delivery?

Delivery to the street level is carried out on the pavement in front of the entrance to your home (house, cottage or condominium). Only for shipments to Italy it is possible to request delivery at home, where the courier will bring the goods inside the home. With home delivery, it is also possible to unpack the packages in order to verify their status. More details can be found on the Shipping page.

If the damaged goods arrive, what should I do?

If at the time of delivery there are visible external damages on the goods, these must be immediately contested by affixing the words "DAMAGED DAMAGED, WET, DRIED, FELT, SCOTCHATO ..." on the transporter delivery note .
If, on the other hand, the packaging is suitable but there is a suspicion (even the slightest that something cannot go), we always advise you to write on the ddt of the conveyor "ALTERED PACKAGING"and in the event that once the product has been unpacked it is damaged, we ask for the immediate sending of the photos proving the damage and the copy of the signed bill issued by the courier with the wording of the reserve. Only in this case the A&D SRL company will be responsible for any damage to the delivered goods. The detailed procedure to follow is explained on the Behavior on delivery page .


Can I pay cash on delivery?

No, it is no longer possible to pay by cash on delivery.

Can I pay by credit card or paypal?

Yes, we accept payments by credit card or PayPal secure payment method.

How do I know when the transfer is coming?

When the bank receives notice of the bank transfer, we send an e-mail of thanks to the customer and we start the production of the goods by issuing an invoice or receipt (of deposit or balance) proving the payment.


Is the assembly included in the price?

Assembly is not included in the price we offer. This service is at the express request of the customer and varies from the type of furniture purchased and the delivery destination. More information and details can be found on the assembly instructions page.

Delivery included in the price?

Yes. For shipments to Italy the prices are already inclusive of VAT and transport to the street level . Exceptions are the Minor Isles, and the poor areas (historical centers, lagoons, etc.) for which a surcharge is expected.
As for UE or EXTRA UE sales, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are calculated in the final cart.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices displayed on our site include VAT and transport . VAT is separated if the customer is a foreign UE company based on Article 41 or is an EXTRA UE customer for whom he enjoys the VAT exemption as per art. 8.

What is the price of the product that interests me?

The price of the item is obtained by configuring each product according to your personal taste (by clicking on the options of choice such as size, color, fabric type ...) and once the choices are completed, you will get the price of the desired item. Then by clicking on the "add to cart" item you will see the final price including VAT and shipping in case the shipment is in Italy. If the shipment is in a different country, the price will be increased by the transport costs and any customs clearance costs.


Do you supply spare parts or replacements for items not purchased by you?

Yes, we are willing to supply spare parts even for items not purchased on our site as long as the customer assumes responsibility for the compatibility of the piece he orders with the one already in his possession.

Can I change the billing or shipping details later?

Yes. The invoicing data resulting from the order entry can be changed before the invoice or receipt is issued, which is paid upon receipt.
The data for the shipment can instead be modified before the issue of the transport document, which occurs at the notice of the goods ready.

Can the recipient / holder be different from the place of shipment?

Yes. The shipping location may be different from the recipient / holder of the invoice / receipt.

I have completed the order but have not received confirmation of what has been done

It rarely happens but it can happen, that the confirmation e-mail is seen by the e-mail system but is not delivered to the customer or arrives in the form of spam because it has been blocked by his mail client. In these cases, our advice is to contact our Customer Service on +39 04341750013 or to write us an e-mail indicating the problem to one of our e-mail addresses that you find on our site and the e will be immediately forwarded back to you -mail with the order placed by you.

How long do I have to decide to change my order (eg color, measurements ...)?

The customer can change his order no later than 3 days from receipt of payment . Any exceptions may be agreed individually if the chosen item allows it.

Can I order a product for long-term delivery (in a few months)?

Yes. You can order a product and delivery can take place even after a few months, in order to confirm the price of the current promotion. The order must be confirmed by an acocnto or the total payment of the amount. As the delivery date approaches, the customer is advised to receive the order. If in the meantime the house or the room is not yet ready, you can still postpone the delivery for a few days.


What kind of documentation issued for tax purposes?

We issue a tax receipt in the case of sales to private customers and invoices in the event that the buyer is a company or if the private company requests it. Both the tax receipt and the invoice are documents valid for the conventional 24-month warranty for lack of conformity.

After the purchase, how long are you covered by the warranty?

All products marketed by A&D SRL are covered by the standard 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02 provided that it is used correctly, respecting its intended use. To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) he will receive along with the purchased goods.

How are export expenses and VAT handled for EXTRA UE countries?

If the shipment takes place with EXTRA EU destination, the customs duties and the import / export charges are charged to the A&D SRL company in that we sell with the DDP clause (Delivered Duty Paid). While the VAT or other similar fees are charged to the customer.

How is VAT charged for an intra-community company?

If the purchase is made by an intra-community company, A&D SRL undertakes to re-credit the amount of VAT paid at the time of the order.
