The TopArredi brand and the content of the www.toparredi.com website pages are protected by copyright © A&D S.r.l. All rights reserved. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, transfer, upload, publish, or distribute the content, either in whole or in part. Private use of the material by saving or printing content is allowed. Public, non-commercial use—such as sharing images and texts in discussion forums, blogs, or similar platforms—is permitted, provided the source is cited with a link. Commercial use of content by professionals or companies may lead to legal action.

Right of withdrawal policy

A&D S.r.l. fully complies with Legislative Decree No. 21 of 2014, effective from March 26, 2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights regarding returns. Under these regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from any distance contract without penalties within 14 days of delivery. However, it is important to note that, in accordance with the same law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to “custom-made or clearly personalized goods” (Art. 59) and “non-prefabricated goods produced based on an individual consumer choice or decision” (Art. 2 of the Directive). Given the highly customized nature of TopArredi collections and their predominantly made-to-order production processes, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the vast majority of products in our catalog.
