Photographic & Dimensional Survey

The photographic and dimensional survey includes an on-site visit to measure the room or the specific composition (wardrobe, walk-in closet, wall unit, bookcase, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc.). At the end, you receive a dimensioned 2D floor plan and a technical report. This service provides a reliable basis for developing the 2D/3D design and preparing quotations. It is also suitable for those who need complete technical documentation, regardless of the supplier selected.

Delivery of the documents (2D plan + report) is estimated between 7 and 15 business days from the date of the site visit, depending on the selected surface range. The survey price is based on the area in m² of the room or zone to be measured, indicated when ordering. Travel expenses are excluded and are calculated according to the distance from our nearest technician (communicated before confirming the appointment). To estimate the area, indicate the m² of the relevant zone by providing length × depth (in metres). Example: 3.10 × 2.60 = 8.06 m² (round up). If unsure, just provide approximate measurements: we will confirm the correct range.

Operational procedure

1. Online order with selection of the m² range, address and availability.
2. Scheduling the site visit with the nearest technician and communication of any travel expenses.
3. On-site visit at the indicated address with photographic and dimensional survey.
4. Delivery of the dimensioned plan and report within the timeframe of the selected range (typically 7–15 business days).

The service covers 1 room or 1 composition; additional rooms or surveys are quoted separately. The survey concerns only visible and accessible elements and does not replace cadastral, structural or systems inspections, nor does it involve tracing, removal or demolition. Access to the premises and any permits (restricted traffic zones, concierge, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility. Travel expenses are excluded and calculated by area.

At completion, you receive a dimensioned 2D plan in PDF, JPG, DWG, a photographic report and technical notes. The materials remain available to you and can be used in subsequent design phases and for quotation requests, regardless of the chosen supplier.
