History
Milani was founded in 1975 from the vision of Luigina Serafin. From the pairing of fabrics and frames, a small family workshop took shape and began designing office seating. In the 1980s, with the Serafin–Milani couple and their daughters involved in the workshop, the first prototypes appeared and the company grew steadily, guided by a tailor-made approach to product quality. Today the brand is recognised for seating and furniture for workplace, contract and residential settings, the result of a balance between manufacturing heritage and industrial innovation.

Three complementary souls operate under the same corporate umbrella: Milani (office & contract seating), SEM Seating (performance at work) and SpazioMILANI, an R&D hub dedicated to project support. This ecosystem covers the full journey from concept to delivery offering technical assistance to professionals and coordinated solutions for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Registered office in Meolo (VE) and headquarters/offices in Roncade (TV).
