Warehouse pickup

It is possible to collect the ordered furniture directly from our warehouse, located at Via per Sacile 16, 31018 Francenigo (TV), at the company Il Tranciato. Warehouse pickup is available Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

To arrange warehouse pickup, it is essential that the customer informs our customer service of the selected date, in order to ensure product readiness and reduce waiting times. To facilitate loading operations, the customer will receive prior information about the number of packages, volume, and weight of the furniture, allowing proper transportation planning. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive with a suitable vehicle for transporting the ordered furniture or to appoint a transport company of their choice. We strongly recommend the use of couriers specialized in furniture handling, as the items, although carefully packaged, require delicate handling to preserve their integrity.

The customer or the appointed carrier is required to carry out a joint inspection with our staff during loading, to ensure that the packages are in good condition and undamaged. Once the material has been collected, it is important to note that TopArredi assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss of goods during transport.
