Interior design of a flat in a period building.

Renovation of a period flat in the province of Genoa.

We were lucky enough to serve this customer with our services and products, which she found through our portal. The client had clear ideas right from the start and selected a number of products in which she was interested. Our support was to explain the main features of the products and carefully assist her in the choice of colours. The aim was to create a harmony between the elegance of a historic 17th century environment and modern elements.

The splendid result was praised by everyone, first and foremost by the client herself, who was very enthusiastic.

The flat has high walls with stucco cornices and frescoes with a Venetian sown floor. The living room has been furnished with sofas with very strong contrasts but at the same time elegant with soft shapes highlighted by the contrasting stitching. Behind the sofas in front of the fireplace is a study corner with a large black desk and a white built-in bookcase with coloured storage units.

The spacious dining room features an oval marble table accompanied by black designer chairs by Kartell. The low cupboards in powder colour match chromatically with the decorative frames of the walls, enhancing the tone of colour in the room and giving balance to the majesty of 17th century art and contemporary furniture.
