Design and realisation of a design kitchen with peninsula.
Renovation of a small villa in a hilly area in the province of Udine.
A very interesting project of house renovation. After several consultations and looking at the possible solutions, the customer opted for a kitchen with a peninsula and wall columns to give as much storage space as possible.
Some elements were essential, such as the large single-bowl sink and the induction hob. For the hob, we suggested an Elica induction hob with integrated hood, to leave the kitchen wall as free as possible. In addition, to protect the wall while cooking, we inserted the base units in an increased depth in order to obtain additional space behind the hob and expand the work space in the unicolor top.
The choice of finishes was very quick. After a quick glance, the customer was immediately attracted by the natural knotty oak veneer. We then helped the customer to choose the colours in details such as the colour of the curved groove and the plinth.
The wall with the tall units was developed to avoid making the room too heavy: tall oven and microwave columns were inserted to exploit the space above by storing other small everyday appliances. The feature of this wall is the 75 cm wide fridge column for a maxi combined fridge and the larder unit, also 75 cm wide, for a perfect symmetrical effect.
