Description / Vela extending table
The Vela extending design table, inspired by the noblest oriental tradition, features a folding opening system that disappears completely under the top, allowing order and balance combined with practicality and comfort.
In the basic version, the table comfortably seats six. There are four different lengths of 160 cm, 180 cm, 200 cm and 220 cm that respectively feature elegantly concealed extensions dipped in the top. The table's structure with sail-shaped legs is made of epoxy powder-coated metal that characterises its light and suspended design.
The table tops are made of material, but there are also ceramic and wood veneer tops. The lightness of its forms enhances it, elevating it to be a sought-after piece suitable for any décor. The agile and particular legs are in painted metal, to give an idea of suspension and at the same time of stability.

Technical Details
Structure:
made of epoxy powder coated metal. Leg size: 83x47 cm.
Top and extensions:
proposed in materic, matt ceramic, polished ceramic or wood veneer.
Extension mechanism:
One System
two brackets on each side are placed under the table top and, if necessary, come out with a sliding movement. The extensions are placed and hooked on top of the rails but, when they are not needed, they are removed to be stored in a space of your choice, while the brackets retract. In a few simple steps, the table increases in size and style.
Plus System
The movement is reminiscent of opening a drawer: the table top opens sideways by means of a sliding mechanism and the extension leaf is placed inside, hooked and folded "folded". At this point, it is sufficient to also open the extension leaf to obtain a table with more seats for your guests.
Up System
Two extensions are placed under the table top, at the ends of a sliding rail. To extend the table, slide the rail outwards and raise it slightly: in this way the extensions come out and sit flush with the main top. A very practical system that allows you to extend the table without sacrificing style.
