TopArredi ships throughout Italy , in almost all of Europe and in North America . Deliveries are made with a specialized courier service who forewarns the customer a few days before, giving the possibility to arrange delivery in a time slot (morning or afternoon) from Monday to Friday. This shipping service is not to be considered a delivery by appointment: the availability of the customer is certainly considered by the courier but compatibly with the delivery plans.
For an optimal and precise service we suggest to always check that the destination is accessible to 12 meters long trucks. In the case of delivery to the street level, the customer is obliged to collaborate with the driver to unload the packages from the side of the truck, sometimes also making other people available based on the size and weight of the items purchased.
All products are covered by insurance and are shipped with regular transport and sales documentation, valid for the 24-month warranty on lack of conformity. In order for us to offer the best assistance for damage caused during transport, we recommend that you review the Goods Receipt Procedure.
On each product page we report an estimated delivery date, which indicates the approximate period in which the goods will be delivered. The reported delivery day must be considered a hypothetical date, as it takes into account the production time to make the product, the time required for shipment and the various holidays that could occur during the period between the order confirmation and delivery.
Although we try to respect the punctuality of the dates indicated, it may happen that delays occur in production or delivery not dependent on our procedures. In these cases we will advise the customer of any extension of waiting times.
Transport is free on the street level and is carried out by couriers specializing in the delivery of furniture, skilled in handling packages, ensuring their integrity. During the purchase phase it is possible to choose the desired shipping service which can be on the street level or inside the house with an additional price. Home Delivery does not take into account the possible supplements to reach the address of uncomfortable places and / or particular equipment for handling packages inside the home. They select this shipping method, the Customer is required to verify the feasibility of the delivery by checking that there is a space available for the passage of packages and personnel.
Delivery times in Italy vary from 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination of the goods.
The transport of the goods is carried out by couriers specializing in the delivery of furniture. Delivery is made to the street level and includes an additional cost that depends on the volume of the goods and the country of destination.
For non-EU countries , delivery takes place with a DDP clause ( Delivered Duty Paid). In this case TopArredi makes the delivery by placing the goods at the buyer's disposal, cleared at import, on the arrival transport vehicle ready for unloading at the agreed place of destination. TopArredi bears all the costs and risks connected to the transport of the goods to the destination and with the obligation to clear the goods not only for export but also for importation, to pay any export and import rights and to carry out all the customs formalities. VAT or other similar taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

There is also the opportunity to ask our customer service for the possibility of sending the goods by air with a considerable downsizing of delivery times ranging from 8 to 15 days but with a considerable increase in costs which will be discussed from time to time with our competent staff.

In the event that you make a purchase without reporting the delivery in a disadvantaged area, TopArredi will request the cost of the supplement before shipping the goods.
TopArredi offers the possibility of collecting the order at its warehouse located in Via per Sacile 160 in Francenigo (TV) .
Collection can be done from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00.
During the order compilation phase it is possible to select the stock collection. Choosing this item the customer will have a discount for the withdrawal visible only in the cart, which allows a further saving on the purchase made. Upon arrival of the goods at our warehouse, we will notify the customer that the order placed is ready to be picked up.
To reduce waiting times and speed up the loading of goods, we advise you to promptly communicate the day and time of collection. We also recommend making the collection with suitable means and also relying on couriers specializing in the transport of furniture. At the time of collection, we provide the necessary documentation for transportation or in case of collection by a courier we will send a copy of the documents by email to the address indicated in the order.
Once the material has been collected, TopArredi will no longer be responsible for damage caused or packages lost during transport.
